4 LIVE Classes per week PLUS all recordings
During our LIVE classes, our instructors will be able to see you as if you were in our very own studio! When you join one of our LIVE classes, our instructor will be there to show you exercises, but also to observe and guide you as you move. LIVE classes do not compare to pre-recorded classes and they allow us to maintain our high level of teaching even when we’re in different places. Our general online classes are not suitable if you are pregnant, please contact the clinic and we can advise on an appropriate class.

Our LIVE online timetable offers a range of classes from Beginner to Intermediate Mat Pilates, Gentle Pilates for our over 55s or those wanting a Pilates challenge at a steadier pace, Equipment Pilates for a bit of variety – e.g. weights, Pilates Balls, Rings and Therabands, PLUS our very popular Physio led class for strengthening lower limbs.

Detailed Class Descriptions
Mat Pilates – Over 55s
Feel comfortably challenged with a range appropriate and functional exercises to help you age well and continue to do what you love to do. Working on balance and fall prevention, focusing on maintaining and/or improving strength and stability. This class is suitable for anyone with Bone Health issues i.e. Osteopenia, Osteoporosis without fracture.
Lower Limb Rehab & Mobility Classes
A Physio led movement class which will focus on a range of challenging stretches and exercises focusing on lower limbs.
Mat Pilates - Beginner/Int & Intermediate
Wednesday class will focus more on beginners though still suitable for those with experience. Fridays Intermediate will aim at challenging those who have already grasped to basic concepts. These classes will help you feel challenged, energised and let you switch off from stress. You will learn to breath and control your body. Understand your limits and cheats and build fitness and stamina through increased sequences of exercises. Fun but tough classes working at your own level. You must be free from major injury to join these classes.
Using small equipment adds a bit of variety to Mat Pilates. You do need equipment to take part in these classes. Suitable for all ages and abilities including those with Bone Health Conditions. Therabands, Pilates Balls, Weights, Rings and Rollers are used in a 5week rotation. I will let you know at the beginning of each week which we are using.
