Healthy Legs Rehab Class

Causeway Physio & Pilates are excited to bring you our NEW Live Online Rehab class helping build Healthy Legs for Life.

Join us on our mission to restore strength, mobility and build strong and healthy legs.

12 weeks of this class will greatly help your balance, hip and knee strength. Build a strong foundation as we make sure every class has a focus on feet and ankle mobility and stability.

Our very own Chartered Physiotherapist, Colin Coleman, has developed this Healthy Legs Rehab Class to teach every single person the essentials of having strong, healthy and flexible legs. It’s not just for those doing physio, this is for everyone.

Colin says “This class is a new and exciting way for people to strengthen and recover from injury, being guided by a leading physio and doing it all in the comfort of their own home”.
