After months of back pain, painkillers and eventually an x-ray from my GP I was told there was arthritis in my lower back. A friend recommended Causeway Physio & Pilates, I can’t believe how quickly the Physio treatment and exercises got me back to everything I love to do and I’m now completely back pain free! Thanks!

I used to suffer frequent headaches and migraines, occasionally lasting a couple of days. The migraines affected my vision and at times I couldn’t drive or go to work. Colin identified the issue in my neck straight away. The course of physio helped resolve my headaches and I have found going to Causeway Pilates classes helps me relax, improve my posture and stops the neck issue and migraines from returning!

After three years of excruciating headaches and migraines, MRI brain scans and frequent visits to the doctors a different GP recommended going to Causeway Physio & Pilates. My daily headache started showing signs of improving after the very first session. Now, thanks to my physio i’m virtually free of headaches and migraines.

I had really intense pain in my right knee and had to stop walking as exercise. My GP referred me for an MRI scan which showed inflammation under my kneecap. Through my physio sessions my pain is gone and I am confident that I will be able to continue moving without pain. I also started Pilates classes to help prevent me slipping into bad habits!

I struggled with neck and shoulder pain for a while and I was struggling with putting on my shirt and playing golf. I didn’t want to rely on tablets so I decided to try physio. Friends recommended Causeway Physio & Pilates. Hazel’s treatments were fantastic and immediately started to ease my pain! I did my exercises to strengthen up and I’ve been painfree since, able to play golf and I’m back to sleeping well. As far as I’m concerned Causeway Physio & Pilates helped me out 100%

I enjoy long walks and regular exercise but after 6 months of hip pain I was struggling with my normal activities. I originally tried physio in Ballymena with no success then on recommendation of a friend came to Causeway Physio & Pilates. After several sessions and a few strengthening exercises I’m now walking virtually pain free. Thank you Causeway Physio & Pilates!

Training for my first Ironman triathlon in 2017 spurred me to get a physio alongside to help my journey. On a friends recommendation I went to Causeway Physio & Pilates. From the first consultation I knew I was in safe hands and that year I went on to my most successful season to date as well as remaining injury free season unlike a lot of my competitors! I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Causeway Physio and look forward to another problem free race season in 2018.

After 6 months of neck and shoulder pain I eventually had to stop playing tennis and was struggling with golf and even brushing my hair. I felt the approach with my shoulder was so positive. Colin re-assured me that after a while my shoulders would be stronger than ever – and he was right! I can’t remember when I last took a painkiller and my golf and tennis is better than ever! Thanks!
